Common questions

Where is my data? On your device. There's no account, so I can't see or restore your records. Your phone's own backup (iCloud or Google) keeps them safe if you switch phones.

How do I export my records for taxes? Business tab → Tax reports → pick the year → tap Summary, Sales, Mileage, Expenses or Inventory, then Save to Files or email it to your tax preparer.

How do I cancel Pro? On iPhone or iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Buy or Pass?. On Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

How do I turn off photo AI? Settings → Photo AI → Turn off. No photos leave your device while it's off.

Why does a verdict say MAYBE when the profit looks good? Few sold listings, or many more listed than sold, means the price is less certain or the item may sell slowly. The reason is written right under the verdict.

The AI identified my item wrong. Add a clearer photo of the tag, label or maker's mark and try again, or tap Report so I can improve it.
